Get Involved
The LIV offers its members the opportunity to be involved in legal advocacy relating to their area of expertise or interest. The LIV supports over 60 committees which meet to discuss legal issues of interest and develop resources for lawyers in their field such as events, seminars and publications.

Advocacy
Leadership and Representation on behalf of members and the community is central to what we do at the LIV.
We regularly make submissions championing law reform and access to justice for all, as well as undertaking strategic lobbying campaigns.

In addition to supporting advocacy work pursued by its committees, the LIV also undertakes a range of projects aimed at assisting Victoria's legal profession and the community.
