Accredited Specialisation Scheme Rules and Forms
The Specialisation Board, a committee of the Law Institute of Victoria Council, administers the scheme under rules approved by the Council. The Board appoints Advisory Committees to assist and advise in each area of practice covered by the scheme. The LIV Specialisation department handles daily operations.

2012 Related Legislation and Regulation CD Order Form
The CD includes all of the related legislation and regulation pertaining to 2012 areas of assessment as listed in the subject guidelines. Candidates will receive one CD upon receipt of the order form, and will be sent a CD with any updated legislation/regulation the week prior to the examination.
Re-accreditation Application Form
Specialists must be re-accredited every three years, and are notified when they are due for re-accreditation.
Replacement Certificate Form
If your certificate has become damaged you may apply for a replacement.
Study group Form
Join a study group (pdf) in 2012 and prepare for your assessment with others.
Advisory Committee Member Nomination Form

The Board meet monthly to discuss the administration of the scheme and would welcome feedback from current Accredited Specialists.
