Applicants should note that Specialist Accreditation is also offered in Commercial Tenancy Law - for lawyers whose property law dealings are predominantly related to leasing of premises for use in business.
Specialist Accreditation in Property Law assumes involvement in a broader range of activities, which includes Commercial Tenancy.
