Wills & Estates
The Specialisation assessment program focuses on the ability to communicate with the client, elicit relevant information, obtain instructions and identify relevant issues as the basis for the practical assessment. A written examination and simulated interview will form part of the assessment, in addition a take-home assignment will further test candidates' knowledge of Wills and Estates, including their skills in the provision of clear, practical and comprehensive advice.
