Workplace Relations
The Specialisation assessment program focuses on applicants demonstrating a high level of competence and legal knowledge, and displaying an ability to respond to questions with sound practical advice in an efficient and clear manner. Candidates are required to draft a written submission pertaining to an agreed fact situation; this forms part of an oral assessment component before a member of Fair Work Australia as well as completing a written exam.
