Past exams and simulated interviews
Starting to prepare for the 2010 Accredited Specialisation assessment program? It is reccomended by our Advisory Committee's that every candidate should not only join a study group, but also purchase past exam papers to study and a copy of a simulated interview. The assistance with preparation and guidelines of what to expect, that these past assessment pieces provide you with, are invaluable.
Past exam papers and copies of previous simulated interviews to assist with your preparation are available for purchase via the Specialisation Exam Order Form. Please email special@liv.asn.au or call 03 9607 9461 if you require further assistance.
The Specialisation Scheme now reflects greater CPD requirements
Accredited Specialists are required to complete:
- 12 hours CPD per year
- Eight out of the 12 hours must be in the area of Specialisation (Substantive Law), with the remaining areas of Ethics, Professional Skills and Practice Management making up 12
- If more than one area of Specialisation is held, eights hours CPD must be completed in each area of speciality
- Each Specialist must maintain a record of their participation in CPD in order to satisfy both the compulsory CPD Scheme and the Specialisation CPD requirements
