Step 1: Provide details of the individual/organisation you are nominating (the nominee)

(Note: The nominee must be a current Victorian lawyer or organisation. An interstate lawyer or organisation can be nominated if he/she/it has sufficient nexus with the LIV.)

Step 3: Provide your details (as nominator)

(note: The nomination must be made by or on behalf of a Victorian lawyer or Victorian law firm or legal entity. Nominators must be LIV members or a member firm)










Step 4: Provide details of the nominee's activities which address the selection criteria

To support your nomination, please provide information which demonstrates how the nominee has met the selection criteria. The nomination must include:

* Mandatory

Part A: 100 word profile encapsulating why the nominee should win the award.*

Part B: Brief resume or chronological summary of nominee’s professional history.*

(Note: a CV of the nominee must be provided in support of the nomination as members of the Awards Committee may not be professionally acquainted with the nominee.)

Part C: Provide details of specific activities undertaken, which address the selection criteria.*

Part D: Include references from other peers.*

References or perspectives from other practitioners (other than the nominator) are helpful and wherever possible these should be included.
