Eastern Suburbs Law Association

Welcome to the Eastern Suburbs Law Association (ESLA).  You are automatically a member of our Association if you are a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and work in the Eastern Suburbs, covering areas from Hawthorn and Kew, north of the Monash Freeway to Wellington Road and north of Wellington Road to the Dandenongs.  The northern boundaries are the Eastern Freeway, Thompsons Road, Warrandyte Road and Kangaroo Ground - St Andrews Road.  Non members of ESLA are also welcome to attend our meetings.

The aims of the ESLA:

• To promote and foster a sense of community between practitioners in the eastern suburbs through regular meetings and social interaction.
• To keep practitioners informed of changes in the law through guest speakers and CPD events.
• To voice ESLA members comments and concerns directly to the Law Institute of Victoria through regular meetings.

ESLA is here to represent your interests and concerns. Your involvement, comments and suggestions are not only welcomed they are essential.

Receiving ESLA emails?

ESLA notifies its members of events by email but many bounce back. To ensure that you receive our emails, you may check and update your details online. Your membership of an association will depend on the postcode provided in your Member Details. You may change the association you are a member of by speaking with LIV Member Services who can arrange that for you.
