The Litigation Lawyers Section seeks to represent its members in relation to issues affecting litigation practice.
Objectives
- Represent litigation lawyers
- Create a community awareness of the procedures and functions of litigation
- Promote understanding of the available modes of resolving disputes
- Consider and recommend law reform
- Develop better relationships between solicitors, the Bar and the Courts
- Develop programs of interest to lawyers and the community
