Objectives

To stimulate the interest and increase participation of legal professionals with an interest in property, environmental and succession law

To develop, promote, and conduct CPD programs for members and the community

To conduct research, into among other things, new and proposed legislation and provide advice to LIV members, municipal councils, Government and other organisations

To print and publish publications relevant to PEL Section members

To maintain and create affiliations with organisation whose aims are similar to those of the PEL Section
