About Succession Law Section
The Succession Law Section focuses on the law relating to probate, wills and administration of estates.
Objectives
- Stimulate the interests and participation of succession lawyers in the activities of the Law Institute of Victoria;
- Develop and conduct continuing professional development programs for lawyers in matters concerning wills and estates;
- To promote appropriate standards of competency and ethics for succession law practitioners;
- To support succession law practitioners;
- To consider and recommend law reform.
