About Workplace Relations Section
The Workplace Relations Section assists solicitors in their professional development and keeps solicitors informed of changes to the law.
Objectives
- Develop professional development programs promoting high practice standards in workplace relations law
- Conduct research programs and prepare reports for the Council
- Consider and recommend law reform
- Liaise with the courts, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and other tribunals. To foster good relationships and increase understanding between the organisations
