Updating Your LIV Legal Directory Listing Details
Simply Login to your My Firm profile using your ID number and password. Click on the My Firm profile tab in top right to access your firm's details.
Step One: Firm Profile tab

This tab contains the details of your main office.

Check all details (including the DX address where applicable) and amend as necessary.

Click “Save”.
Step Two: Branch Offices tab

To check the details for each branch office, select “Edit”.

Check all details (including the DX address where applicable) and amend as necessary.

Click “Save”.
NOTE: To remove a branch office, click “Remove”.
To add a new branch office, click Add a Branch Office”, enter and save the details.
Step Three: Diary Permission tab

For each office, you must indicate “Yes” or “No” for a listing in the LIV Legal Directory, the REIV Diary (full-time firms only) and the Victorian Bar Diary. Please note: If you do not indicate “Yes”, or if you leave the field blank, your firm will NOT be listed in that particular publication.

If you do not want your firm’s email address published, tick the box “Do not publish email address”.

Enter your name in the “Updated by” field.

Click “Save”.
