Significant Cash Transactions - AUSTRAC
Under the Financial Transactions Reports Act 1988 and AUSTRAC Guideline No. 6, law practices must report transactions that are:
- Suspicious
- Of AUD $10,000 or more in cash or foreign currency equivalent
- Feature instructions for international funds transfer
