Varying the type of Practising Certificate
Practitioners wishing to change their type of practising certificate must lodge an application to vary their practising certificate type with the Law Institute of Victoria Ltd.
- Fees for variations will be the difference between your new and old PC type.
- No refunds are given for PC fees or fidelity fund contributions.
