This is an exciting opportunity to work for the peak legal body representing Victorian lawyers. The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) is a professional association with far reaching legal, community and political influence.

Working alongside the CEO, you will responsible for the smooth running of the Executive office and have an oversight of the key issues facing the LIV. Your strong business acumen will enable you to play a strategic role in keeping a pulse on the business and help to connect the dots across the organisation.
Providing a key leadership role within the Executive team, you will be accountable for the quality, integrity and accuracy of the work of the team and will ensure that workflows are set to maximise efficiencies.
Your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work with a range of stakeholders to manage expectations to deliver tasks, initiatives and projects in scope and on time.
Knowledge & Skills:
Can do, flexible attitude, adept at working in a changing environment.
Well-developed stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations and build positive working relationships.
Ability to work to tight deadlines/time pressures and a track record of taking initiative, with proven ability to influence others.
Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on operational efficiencies and the proven ability to operate in fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills that enable you to synthesise information quickly to make good decisions and recommendations .
