There are a range of issues you need to be aware of when preparing evidence. This session will help you identify the scope, type and form of written evidence required in a particular proceeding, with a focus on Victorian and Federal courts. You will explore the skills necessary to ensure evidence is accurate, admissible and sufficient to establish a client’s case.

Our presenter will give an overview of how to determine what evidence is required, choose the form of evidence (witness statements, witness outlines or affidavits), and deal with annexures and exhibits. You will also learn the ins and outs of admissibility and expert evidence.
