This workshop will assist practitioners in drafting, interpreting and advising on retail leases and the Retail Leases Act 2003 (Vic).

You will acquire the skills necessary to ensure retail leases entered into by your landlord or tenant client reflect their understanding of the commercial agreement and protect your client’s position. You will also be able to advise clients on their rights and responsibilities regarding issues arising before, during and after the term of the lease.
