Lessons from leading Single Expert Witness psychologists, Dr Simon Kennedy and Dr Jennifer Neoh

Share your breakfast with Dr Simon Kennedy and Dr Jennifer Neoh as they offer their insight into Single Expert Witnesses and Family Reports in a session designed for family law specialists and experienced practitioners.

    Topics include:

    • How you can better brief a SEW on behalf of your client in a particular parenting matter
    • How assessments work from the other side
    • How you can inform your client as to the function of the Family Report and the usual way in which meetings leading to a Family Report are conducted
    • When the family report doesn’t favour your client – how you can best deal with ‘difficult issues’ arising from such reports in a positive manner for your client
    • Overview on how to improve and update communications and protocols between experts and the legal profession.

Our experts will also provide insight into what they are looking for when writing a Family Report and how you can work with them to achieve the best result.

As with all of our Breakfast with the Experts events, attending this session will also give you the opportunity to submit ‘questions on notice’ prior to the session and participate in an extended discussion group with Dr Kennedy and Dr Neoh, making this a valuable event for any senior family law practitioner.

Please be reminded that you can attend this event in person or via webinar.
