Business Law & Commercial Litigation

Join franchising experts, Kristie Piniuta (ACCC) and Stephen Giles (Norton Rose Fullbright), for a working breakfast on recent developments affecting the franchising sector, including the inquiry, the repeal of s51(3)CCA and new ACCC activity.

A brief update on the repeal of section 51(3) of the Competition & Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) and the impact that this has on IP agreements will also be provided by the Chair and Facilitator, Alicia Hill, due to its relevance to franchise systems and IP Licensing agreements.

This Breakfast with the Experts session is designed for business law and commercial litigation specialists.
