This will be more than just a case law updates session, this is a chance to hear the ins and outs of how the cases were run, what worked well, what went wrong and the lessons learnt along the way. This is an event not to be missed.

The following cases will be covered:

    • Meuleman; Quminakelo v Amidzic [2020] VSC 376 with Bibi Amidzic, Director, Zion Legal; Accredited Specialist, Wills & Estates and Andrew Verspaandonk of the Victorian Bar

    • Re Besanko [2020] VSC 170 with Julie Chambers, Solicitor, Pearce Webster Dugdales and Justin Rizzi of the Victorian Bar

As with all our Breakfast with the Experts events, attending this session will give you the opportunity to submit ‘questions on notice’ prior to the session and participate in a Q&A/discussion with our presenters, making this a valuable event for any senior practitioner.
