Join us for a very special Year in Review event as we unpack what Victoria’s COVID-19 recovery roadmap means for the criminal justice system and your criminal law practice.

Being one of the most impacted areas of the COVID-19 pandemic, the criminal justice sector has seen rapid and radical change in 2020. Most recently, it has experienced stage 4 lockdown with trials halting again and significant compromises have had to take place to continue to service the Courts and clients.

As restrictions ease and we reach new steps in Victoria’s recovery roadmap heading towards “COVID Normal”, what does that really mean for the criminal justice system? This session will provide insights into these issues and more and will give you the opportunity to submit ‘questions on notice’ prior to the session and participate in a Q&A discussion with our expert speakers.

In order to answer as many questions as we can in this session, please submit your queries in advance to register@liv.asn.au by 12pm on Thursday 26 November. This will ensure your question is shortlisted for discussion.
