  • Full Description

Parenting matters can be incredibly challenging – emotionally as well as legally. Family Lawyers are routinely called upon to give advice on urgent and complex parenting matters including relocation, child abduction and family violence. It is important to take all relevant instructions from clients and to provide prompt, concise yet compassionate advice in such matters, and advise on what legal action may need to be taken.
