  • Presenters

    Michael Dolan
    Michael Dolan is Special Counsel Ethics with the Law Institute of Victoria. Michael has had a long legal career spanning over 45 years, including 20 years as a senior executive in the electricity supply and mobile telephone industries in Australia and the UK.

    Donna Cooper
    Donna Cooper is the Head of Ethics, Wellbeing and Practitioner Support with the Law Institute of Victoria.  Admitted to practice in 2004, Donna began her career as a property lawyer, and has worked in both private practice and in Government.  Donna has spent more than a decade advising lawyers on their ethical issues and is also a current member of the Alfred Hospital Ethics Committee and a practising Notary Public.  LL B, CertIV TAA.
