    With the phased rollout of COVID-19 vaccinations underway, business leaders and employees alike are turning their minds to what this means for them and their workplace. As the vaccine becomes widely available across age groups and workplaces seek to manage their risk and their employees’ exposure to COVID-19, multi-dimensional issues arise requiring a balanced consideration of the health and safety duties of employers and the rights of employees.

    Join us for a facilitated panel discussion and live Q&A on COVID vaccinations and the workplace featuring Ian Neil SC. This session will address the critical questions you are facing regarding vaccinations, as well as offer insights into how to advise on these issues and best support your clients through this time. Our panellists will also address recent case law on this issue and identify best practices.
