    This workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of superannuation with a focus on self-managed superannuation, including the establishment of funds, contributions into the fund and payment of benefits out of the fund including on death. 

    You will also learn more about the new superannuation laws that came into effect 1 July 2017, what they mean and how to best advise your clients. Come prepared with questions for our expert presenter.

    Nathan Yii, principal, Nathan Yii Lawyers – Structuring and Estate Planning Law

    Nathan provides legal advice and services to accountants, financial advisors, legal practitioners and their respective clients in a range of areas, including complex estate and succession planning involving trusts, SMSFs and private companies. Nathan has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. He is also accredited as an SMSF specialist advisor with the SMSF Association.
