    This practical workshop is designed to enhance your BFA drafting techniques, consolidate your ability to critique draft proposed BFAs and help you to more confidently advise clients on related matters.  

    Workshop facilitator Angela Burr will share expert insights into the legal framework of BFAs and the requirements for financial agreements to be binding. Angela will also cover trends and insights from recent court cases involving challenges to financial agreements.
