    What if you could change how you think about stress, could it make you healthier?

    We will discuss this theory and show you how to change your thought procesess to be more resilient and to make your stress response healthier.

    In addition we will discuss four basic stress management strategies:

    • The four pillars that support stress management
    • Switching off from work
    • A 10-point plan for dealing with stress
    • Breathing techniques.
  • Presenter:

    Born and raised in Jersey Channel Islands Tania immigrated to Australia following a 10 year career in Financial services working for a major Global institution and serving 13 years in the Reserve Army from the age of 17.

    After experiencing a wealth of life experiences Tania’s passion for assisting people with stress management has only grown over the years and truly believes that with the right mindset, information, knowledge and understanding we are all capable of living healthier and calmer lives.

    Tania holds qualifications in Business specific to Stress Management including a Diploma as a Professional Stress Consultant and Corporate and Professional Management and registered as an Associate Member of the Associated Stress Consultants, a certificate in OHS Consultation, Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute.
