    Kate Freshwater

I was admitted to practise in 2010 and have practised predominantly in criminal and family law since 2012 in Echuca. I act in all types of criminal matters throughout Victoria in all jurisdictions – Magistrates’, County and Supreme, and also in NSW criminal matters throughout southern NSW. I started my own practice in 2017, and became an accredited specialist in criminal law in 2018.

On a personal note, all my spare time is currently devoted to keeping my 7 month old occupied but otherwise I spend my time drinking a lot of coffee, eating a lot of good food and doing more shopping that I should.
