The future of work is here. No longer are we hypothesising about how agile our workplaces are, nor which roles can be done remotely. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the agility, adaptability and resilience of the legal industry is quickly being tested, with entire workplaces having to move swiftly to remote work practices and traditional face-to-face relationship management – with colleagues, clients and courts – moving virtually.
