  • Full Description
An event which brings together a panel of inspiring women to share their success stories and experiences with the unique challenges faced by women in the legal and other professional industries, focussing on how they strike a balance to manage their mental health, wellbeing, personal lives and career progression.

With the percentage of women in the professional services sector constantly on the rise, it is imperative that there is a balance reflected in leadership roles. Women should feel confident and supported to reach their fullest career potential, while staying healthy and having opportunities and freedoms within their personal lives.

The struggle with this balance is that many women feel pressured to be highly competitive in order to reach their career goals. Many may also experience conflict between having a family or personal life and their careers. As a result, women may experience elevated rates of ill health due to a lack of feeling seen, heard, valued and rewarded.

These struggles may be further exacerbated by external and internal pressures to look and be effortlessly “fearless and capable” whilst not letting our appearances distract from our ideas, actions and needs.

This webinar will address the questions of how women can become comfortable and confident within themselves and find a sense of authentic leadership whilst respectfully standing up for themselves  and championing other women.
