    Nick Dodds, Lawyer, Thomson Geer
    Nicholas Dodds is an associate in the tax group at Thomson Geer, with a particular focus on tax and revenue disputes and litigation. Nicholas was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in September 2015 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University in 2014. Nicholas is currently pursuing a Master of Laws specialising in Tax at the University of Melbourne.

    Rose Inglis, Manager, LIV Young Lawyers
    Rose is a lawyer and Manager of LIV Young Lawyers. She has practiced in both Melbourne and London, having completed an LLM at University College London. Whilst pursuing her legal career, Rose has also undertaken roles as a law lecturer and legal management consultant. She looks forward to sharing her experiences with others considering a similarly exciting and unconventional legal career path.  

    Matt Persico, Lawyer, Thomson Geer
    Matt Persico is a Lawyer in the Corporate / M&A team at Thomson Geer.  Matt completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University before commencing as a law graduate at Thomson Geer in March 2016.  Matt has worked on a number of domestic and cross-border transactions of varying sizes and complexity, including mergers, acquisitions, restructures, capital raisings and ASX listings. Matt also regularly advises clients in relation to matters of governance, risk and regulatory compliance. Matt enjoys playing an active role in mentoring junior lawyers.

    April Voigt, Lawyer, Department of Human Services’ Litigation
    Tired of being asked what one does with a double degree in Music and Law, April moved to Canberra in 2016 to kick-start her career in the Australian Public Service. Since then, she has held a number of legal and non-legal roles with the Department of Human Services and the Department of Parliamentary Services. April enjoyed the meaningful work and opportunities within the Australian Public Service but missed the Melbourne lattes. So, she found her way back to Melbourne where she enjoys the best of both worlds working as a lawyer in the Department of Human Services’ Litigation team which primarily involves matters before the General Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

    Jessica Meyer, People + Culture Business Partner, Wotton + Kearney
    Jessica Meyer is a People + Culture Business Partner at Wotton+Kearney. Jess oversees the grad program for Wotton+Kearney having worked in the recruitment and HR space for professional and financial services over the last 5 years in Australia and the UK. Jess’s passion lies in the recruitment sphere with specific emphasis on implementing a grad program that develops and mentors university graduates into becoming astute professionals. Jess is active in engaging with universities and committees to ensure Wotton+Kearney are at the forefront of inspiring potential litigation lawyers.
