    Laurence Boulle, Principal, Independent Mediation Services Ltd

    Laurence practised law for five years before becoming an academic. He has held academic positions at four Australian law schools and has taught at universities in New Zealand, the Pacific, Africa and Europe. In addition, Laurence has published extensively in constitutional law, employment law, mediation and ADR, and international investment and globalisation.

    Nina Harding, Principal, Nina Harding Mediation Services 

    Nina Harding has over 25 years’ experience in resolving business and public interest disputes. She is a law graduate and has a Master of Laws.  She has mediated over two thousand disputes and is a nationally accredited Mediator and a recognised expert in the area of dispute resolution. Nina is the Australian Film Code Conciliator and is on numerous mediation panels including the NSW Workers Compensation Commission, the Office of the Australian Privacy Commissioner, NSW and Qld Farm Debt and the Commonwealth Ombudsman.  She regularly speaks at conferences and has taught thousands of people how to negotiate more effectively and resolve conflict.  Nina Harding is a Visiting Senior Lecturer at The University of Hong Kong.

    Laurence Boulle and Nina Harding have been mediating, training and providing webinars on dispute resolution topics for many years. As with many other practitioners they have migrated to online forms of dispute resolution and are enthusiastic to share their experiences, from the mediator’s side of the camera, so as to enrich the practices of lawyers representing clients in these processes.
