    Simon Libbis is a consultant with Prior Law, which incorporates his practice of Subdivision Lawyers. Before he established Subdivision Lawyers Simon was Executive Director of the National Electronic Conveyancing Office, which ultimately led to the introduction of PEXA. As well as an extensive career as a specialist property lawyer Simon also served as the Registrar of Titles of South Australia for some years.

    In 1994 Simon was among the first legal practitioners accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a property law specialist. He is the author of a number of publications including Conveyancing Victoria: The ultimate guide 2020–21 and Subdivisions Victoria: The ultimate guide.

    Presenter: Rebecca Alexander, Director, SLM Law

    Rebecca Alexander is a director of SLM Law with offices located in South-West Victoria. Rebecca's family operates a dairy farm in Camperdown and rural law forms a large part of her practice. Rebecca was elected to LIV Council in the country legal practitioner category in 2020 and she chairs the LIV Regional Lawyers Reference Group.
