    Presenter: Bibi Amidzic, Director Zion Legal, Specialist Estate Lawyers

    Bibi Amidzic is an LIV Wills and Estates Accredited Specialist. For the past 10 years, Bibi has headed up the Estate Litigation Practice at Slater & Gordon. During her time at Slater & Gordon, Bibi represented numerous clients from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, many of whom presented with a long history of mental health issues or substance abuse issues.

    Her experience spans all Australian jurisdictions with a focus on will disputes and more complex property and estate litigation. She has represented family provision claimants in most Australian jurisdictions and continues to have a keen interest in representing vulnerable members of the community involved in estate disputes and litigation. In early September 2020 Bibi co-founded Zion Legal, a firm specialising in estate disputes throughout Australia.

    Presenter: Julie Chambers, Pearce Webster Dugdales

    Julie has over 20 years experience in family law, estate planning and estate litigation. She has practiced previously in New South Wales, Queensland, New Zealand (where she ran family law trials) and is now based in Melbourne working at Pearce Webster Dugdales. Her current practice focuses primarily on estate planning and all areas of estate litigation.

    Julie has presented to STEP (International Society of Trust and Estate Planners) “An overview of some of the Connections between Family Law, Wills and Family Provision Proceedings” and has also been a presenter for the TENS Education Series: Using Contact Law to Bullet Proof an Estate Plan.

    Presenter: Justin Rizzi, Victorian Bar

    Justin’s practice consists of disputes involving wills, trusts, equity, probate and real property. He is accredited with the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in wills and estates and is completing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.

    Justin is consistently recognised in Doyles Guide as one of Victoria’s leading wills and estates litigation barristers.

    Chair: Naomi Guyett

    Naomi has practised exclusively in the area of wills and estates for 20 years and has been an accredited specialist in that area since 2006. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria's Specialisation Board and is a co-chair of the Wills + Estates Specialisation Advisory Committee.

    Naomi is also a member of STEP and a regular instructor and presenter at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and other CPD providers. In 2016 she was awarded a Certificate of Service by the LIV for her services and contribution to the LIV and to the legal profession.

    In 2019 and 2020, Naomi was recognised by her peers as a leader by being included as a recommended lawyer in the prestigious Doyle's Guide for estate litigation lawyers.

    Chair: Greg Russo, Partner, Featherbys Barrister & Solicitors

    Greg Russo is a partner at Featherbys Barristers and Solicitors. He is a member of STEP, an LIV Wills and Estates Accredited Specialist and a member of the LIV Specialist Accreditation Education Advisory Committee and the LIV Wills and Estates Advisory Committee.

    He has a particular interest in complex estate planning, superannuation and trust succession and associated taxation issues. He is recognised in Doyles as both a leading wills and estates litigation lawyer and a recommended wills, estate and succession planning lawyer in Victoria.

    He regularly organises, chairs, moderates and presents CPD events for the LIV, Legalwise and other CPD event providers. Greg holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash and a Science degree (Pure Mathematics) from Monash University.
