    Simon Libbis, Principal, Subdivision Lawyers

    Prior to establishing this boutique legal practice, Simon was the Executive Director of the National Electronic Conveyancing Office whish was a joint government and industry initiative to establish an electronic conveyancing system across Australia. As well as an extensive career as a specialist property lawyer, Simon also served as the Registrar-General of South Australia for some years.

    In 1994 Simon was among the first legal practitioners accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as property law specialists. He is the author of a number of publications including Conveyancing Victoria: The ultimate guide and Subdivisions Victoria: The ultimate guide.

    Simon is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Council and sits on a number of its committees including the Property and Environmental Law Executive.
