Do you regularly represent clients in mediation and conciliation? Are you keen to improve your negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve better outcomes for your clients?

In this recorded webinar, respected academic and mediator Laurence Boulle provides an in-depth examination of the art of negotiation, with a particular focus on mediation and conciliation practice.

Receive guidance mastering the negotiation/mediation procedure, understanding good practice and tactics, dealing with differing personalities, discovering appropriate forms of advocacy in dispute resolution and more.

Learn a range of dispute resolution moves and how and when to employ them, as well as post-mediation strategies for cases that do not achieve negotiated settlements. Lessons will be drawn from the changed space and time environments operating in the COVID dispute resolution context.
