    Chair: Michelle Luarte, Senior Policy Lawyer, Law Institute of Victoria

    Michelle is a policy lawyer at the Law Institute of Victoria, managing the portfolios of disability, elder, health, workplace relations, succession, diversity and sexual harassment. She also has general oversight of the administrative and human rights law section. In this role, Michelle advocates on behalf of Victorian lawyers to state and federal governments, royal commissions and parliamentary inquiries.

    Speaker 1: Sandra Buckley, CEO, Women in Super

    Sandra is CEO of Women in Super and is regularly asked to participate in roundtables and forums on issues relating to gender equality, women’s workforce participation and the gender super gap. Sandra also sits on a number of industry policy committees and is deputy chair of the Australian Gender Equality Council.

    Speaker 2: Vijaya Joshi, Senior Advisor, Workplaces, Our Watch

    Vijaya Joshi is a senior practice advisor for workplaces at Our Watch and has 20 years of experience in the areas of gender-based violence, workplace cultural and change management, and health research and evaluation. She’s worked with diverse groups including family violence practitioners, Aboriginal community-based researchers, clinical researchers and various levels of government.
