Workplace Relations Specialist Forum: Industrial Disputes
Understand and apply the available arbitral and judicial processes in an evolving industrial situation. Understand the key legal problems in dealing with an industrial situation. This workshop will cover whether or not industrial action is protected; options in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and state or federal courts in dealing with unprotected or protected industrial action; key recent cases; the effect of recent legislation on industrial campaigns; and dealing with management, employees and unions in an industrial situation. Moot Competition Grand Final
