Elections

All members of the Law Institute of Victoria for 2003/04 are members of Victorian Lawyers RPA Limited and are eligible to stand for election to Council, to vote and to attend the AGM.

Six members of Council will retire by rotation effective 31 December 2003. They are: Simon Begg, Aurora Kostezky, Anthony (Tom) May, Tina Millar, Erskine Rodan and John Weigl.

There are also three casual vacancies to be filled arising from the resignation of Judith Peirce (legal aid practitioner category) and the change of category from city to corporate of Christopher Penman and Victoria Strong.
