  • About the author

    Gerard Nash QC returned to the Bar in 1980 after a long and distinguished career as an Academic and Scholar and was appointed one of Her Majesty’s Counsel for the State of Victoria in 1986; and practices in the areas of administrative, criminal and commercial law He has held a number of significant academic appointments, including: Foundation Professor and Dean of Law at the University of Papua and New Guinea, Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at Monash University. He was a Visiting Fellow at Trinity College Oxford, Carnegie Fellow, Fullbright Fellow and Visiting Professor of Law at Boston College Law School.
