  • Full description

Essential Conveyancing Answers is not a how to book. It is not designed as a step by step guide through a conveyancing transaction.

Essential Conveyancing Answers is a what if book. It is designed to provide an immediate answer to the many questions that arise during a conveyancing transaction.

Essential Conveyancing Answers follows the timeline of a typical conveyancing transaction, from preparation of the Vendor Statement and Contract to Adjustment and Settlement. In every chapter it provides answers to questions that commonly, and not commonly, arise during a conveyancing transaction.

Essential Conveyancing Answers also has the benefit of nearly 100 articles that Russell has written for the Law Institute Journal’s property column for over 15 years. These short articles flesh out the story behind the common problems and explain not only what the answer is, but why.

Even though these articles may become out of date because of changes to the law (which will be explained in the update general text) they still assist with an understanding of both the what and the why.

Essential Conveyancing Answers will be updated every year and a replacement copy will be provided to purchasers at half price directly through Russell Cocks.
