EXPERIENCED CONVEYANCER REQUIRED

Our growing Outer Eastern Suburbs legal practice is looking for a conveyancer to play an important role in managing our conveyancer files. This role will involve:-

  • Managing conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision;
  • Helping out in other aspects of the business when time permits.

Skills required:-

  • Solid conveyancing skills are a must;
  • Flexibility, energy and enthusiasm;
  • Ability to manage deadlines professionally;
  • Ability to work in a small office environment;

A conveyancer’s licence is not required, and whilst we are looking for a full-time employee flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate. Salary commensurate to skills and experience.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

Our Bentleigh legal practice seeks an experienced conveyancing clerk for a permanent part time position – 4 days a week.

The suitable candidate must be able to handle the files from start to finish including residential, commercial, off the plan and subdivision work with minimal supervision.

CONVEYANCING/PROPERTY/ESTATES/WILLS and POWERS OF ATTORNEY

PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

This position is available with a small inner-suburban legal practice (south east of the CBD). 

The successful applicant will preferably have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in conveyancing, with the ability to work under minimum supervision, and be familiar with LEAP and SAI Global systems.  Training will be provided in other disciplines if required.

The position entails primarily working on individual client matters in relation to:

  • Sales/Purchases
  • Leasing
  • Wills/Powers of Attorney
  • Probate and Letters of Administration.

  • Working in a very friendly firm with client contact.

Remuneration will be dependent upon experience and capability.  References are required.

Whilst an outstanding applicant with less than 3 years’ experience may be considered, this is not an entry level position.
