  • Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Brazil) Regulation 2016
    Operational:   ALL: NYP (r. 2(1) Table item 1)* *The Regulation will commence on the later of: (a) the day after this instrument is registered; and (b) the day the Treaty between Australia and the Federative Republic of Brazil on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, done at Brisbane on 15 November 2014, comes into force for Australia.
    However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur.
