The LIV is seeking expressions of interest for nominations to join the Intellectual Property & Information Technology Law (IPIT) Committee.

The IPIT Committee has responsibility for matters of law and policy in IP and IT.

The Committee comprises a highly diverse mix of experienced IP and IT practitioners from the Victorian Bar, private practice, in-house counsel, government and academia with expertise in trademarks filing, oppositions, confidentiality, patents, copyright, online protection of IP, domain name disputes, licensing, and designs.

The IPIT Committee is looking to further build on its areas of expertise and experience.

If you are interested in nominating to join the IPIT Committee, please email your expression of interest along with your curriculum vitae (CV) to CommercialLawSection@liv.asn.au
