The Small to Medium Practice (SMP) Advisory Committee has been established to provide LIV with a forum for consultation on the development of personalised, relevant and engaging support, advice, education and services on areas of practice and risk management.

LIV is seeking nominations from experienced members who hold a Principal Practising Certificate who have skills and expertise in practice and risk management to join the Advisory Committee.

How to nominate

Members wishing to nominate to serve on the SMP Advisory Committee must complete and deliver this nomination form by so that it is received by no later than 5pm, Friday 2 August 2019.  Please return this nomination form to:
