Nomination: Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution Hardship Relief Board member



The LIV has been invited to nominate a suitable person for appointment to the Hardship Relief Board (the Board) established to consider applications from persons liable to pay the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC).

The Board is made up of three members and may grant relief to a person who suffers financial hardship from the requirement to pay GAIC. Further information may be found via the GAIC Hardship Relief Board Information Sheet.

Establishment of the Board requires the Minister for Planning to consult with organisations that represent persons engaged in the practice of law, accountancy of the valuation of land.

Expressions of interest are sought from suitable LIV members.

The LIV encourages suitable women to apply for nomination.
