Family Law Courts Court orders are going digital The Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia will be moving to the provision of digital court orders for legal representatives from 1 July 2017. The move to completely digital court orders will be rolled out in two stages. From 1 July 2017, the courts will no longer post hard copies of sealed orders by mail to legal representatives. All court orders will be signed and sealed electronically and available to download from the Commonwealth Courts Portal (www.comcourts.gov.au). This will be extended to all parties from 1 January 2018.
