Maximising recovery In his article “Maximising recovery”, in the October edition of the LIJ, Andrew Tragardh’s first piece of advice to victims of fraud is “Don’t report the matter to the police”. This is unusual advice. Personally, I have found that reporting fraud to the police has assisted in achieving a good outcome for the client in civil proceedings.
