LIV raises concerns of Victorian lawyers about the plight of Afghan clients

By LIV Media

The Law Institute of Victoria shares the concerns of the community and the legal profession about the increasingly desperate situation in Afghanistan.

Victorian legal practitioners are deeply troubled about the futures of clients from Afghanistan, many of whom are living with uncertain legal status in Australia, and for their families in Afghanistan.

The statement on Afghanistan made by the Law Council of Australia, of which the LIV is a member, is here.
